To protect your account, Mangouste AI first takes reasonable measures to confirm the identity of the person making the request and the legitimacy of the request — for example by asking for additional information or by confirming the request with your organization. In all cases, you will receive a reply to your email. Then:

- Your request is handled as quickly as we can after it is validated, and no later than the time limit prescribed by law: your access is deactivated and your account data is deleted or anonymized.

- Some information is kept longer where the law requires or permits it, for the limited periods described in the [privacy policy](https://www.mangouste.ai/privacy), and is then deleted.

- The videos and recordings from your organization's sites are not account data: they belong to the customer's site environment, remain available to its other authorized users and follow the retention configuration agreed with the customer. If your account is the last active account of your customer organization, write to us: the end of the service and the handling of the site's data will then be arranged directly with your organization, in accordance with the applicable

agreement.

- Uninstalling the application from your devices (phone, tablet, computer) is a separate step that you perform yourself: Mangouste AI cannot remove the application remotely.

- The same applies to content downloaded, exported or shared outside the service by you or your organization: it is no longer under Mangouste AI's control and, as a result, we are not able to delete it ourselves.
